Fair Testing

Our Science lesson today was all about Fair Testing. 

We have been studying microorganisms and in particular the use of yeast in bread making. 

We wanted to test what makes the yeast ferment.

The one variable that we tested was the temperature of the water.

Here are the results of our icy, tap and warm water.

We will definitely be using warm water when we make our bread next week.
